The BMW M6 was a German GT car built by BMW. The first-gen model was produced from 2005 to 2010, while the second-gen model was produced from 2012-2018. It was sold as a coupe, convertible and four-door variants. The first-gen car was praised for it's performance but criticized for it's styling and overcomplications. The second-gen car was considered a far more solid proposition particularly the four-door Gran Coupe which was praised for its styling and much easier to drivetrain.

- In Series 7, Episode 1, Richard chose the M6 in a Three Car Comparison against Jeremy in the Aston Martin V8 Vantage and James in the Porsche 911 Carrera S. While he and the others, particularly Jeremy praised the performance, he criticizes the complicated interior, and lack of controllable power, agreeing that the M5 is a much better buy.
- In Series 22, Episode 2, Jeremy chooses the M6 Gran Coupe to take on the Northern Territory in Australia against Richard in the Bentley Continental GT V8S and James in the Nissan GT-R. He praises the car's speed, handling, calling it "electrifylingly good". Although initially stating he'd prefer the GT-R or the Continental he ends up choosing the BMW as his ultimate choice.
