The "Chinese Stig" is one of The Stig's many cousins, and was featured in Series 18, Episode 2. Unlike many of the Stigs, this one is a showy martial artist and constantly aggressive.
S18E2 saw May and Clarkson pay a visit to China to review some Chinese cars. The latter introduces Chinese Stig who appears by kicking through a wooden door and assaulting the presenters, Clarkson stating that driving is only "his second favorite thing". When "Attack Stig" ignores their pleas to do driving, they take cover in the car, but Chinese Stig simply begins fighting the film crew and the director before being coaxed into a car by the presenters.
After it set a lap time in the Trumpchi GA5 in 1:50, the Chinese Stig got out and attacked the starter, who was Asian: Clarkson had assumed this Stig was racist and just did not like white people. A second lap time of 1:49.9 was set for a Roewe 350 as, during the first attempt, Chinese Stig stopped to accost a marshal. It was then seen doing splits high off the ground on industrial machinery.
As May and Clarkson conclude their segment, Chinese Stig dashes in from off screen to kick James "in the plums" and runs off.
