David Souffle: Belgian Traffic Warden is the name of a 5-part webseries filmed by Jeremy Clarkson and released between the 14th of November, 2018 and the 18th of November, 2018. They were produced as part of Clarkson's contribution to The Youth Vote's Youtube challenge.
The short films are a parody on The Fast Show, with Clarkson portraying a Belgian traffic warden who is supposed to ticket an illegally-parked Volkswagen Polo GTi. However, this car happens to be strategically placed in front of some form of artisan bakery, which Souffle cannot resist. As a result he refuses to ticket the Polo, and instead enters the establishment it is parked in front of, all the while an accordion sting accompanies both the intro and outro sequences of each short.
