Fiat Barchetta is a small roadster built by Fiat Auto from 1995 to 2005. The Barchetta is a successor to the 124 Sports Spider. It is assembly at the Maggiora (as coachbuilder until 2002).

The Barchetta was the only FWD roadster ever built by Fiat. The engines come with 1.8-litre 16-valves (4-valves) and a standard 5-speed gearbox. It based on the Mk1 (first-gen) Fiat Punto but has a short wheelbase, also.

Various trims come with different style and features notably with a third brake light for the facelift model. This includes the alloy wheels (than steel wheels). The 2003-model (or mid-late MY model) has revised the front and rear spoiler with a decrease torque produced at 117 lb-ft. Most Barchetta assembled in LHD in most markets with two RHD (includes the UK), as well.

The production ceased in 2005, and then eventually give way to the newer version of the 124 Spider in 2016.

In 2007, the Barchetta released as concept version as Bertone.
