MG D is a nickname given by Jeremy Clarkson that appeared on Berks on the Future in the The Grand Tour. The name MG D is the combination of MG B and the Land Rover Discovery.

Design[]

Jeremy Clarkson acquired the used Land Rover Series I V8, then they start laboured it with the workers. They successfully taken out it's body shell with remaining on its chassis. Clarkson had idea he would fitted the roadster the MG B as a body shell. Upon fitted, It had the insufficient the gap on the length and wheelbase after it's creation he went to roadtested it.

Roadtesting[]

Clarkson roadtested the MG D as a off-road capability, throughout of it's testing it suffered engine problems and then later damage it's structure integrity upon hitting on its side of puddles, though he had to re-position many times until it's total collapse. As a consequence, he abandoned the MG D then rebuild as the The Excellent based on Mercedes SLK.
