- According to IMCDb member ALMF-3512, this episode is banned from viewing in China, although the rest of the series is unaffected.
- Hammond, during his test of the EP9 (as the only person available to test it when it was available), made references to his two most infamous crashes (of the Vampire dragster in 2006 and the Rimac Concept One in the previous Series).
