The first episode of the seventh series of Top Gear aired on the 13th of November, 2005. It was presented by Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, James May and The Stig. Trevor Eve was the guest star.
Synopsis[]
Between the snooker and the final of 'Britain's biggest paving slab', Jeremy is delighted to inform the audience that they are back for the Autumn/Winter 2005 series, to much raucous applause. We then see highlights of what's coming up in the next 6 weeks, with Clarkson noting that a lot of it was comprised of expensive mid-engined exotica, which is precisely what the series commences with.

Trivia[]
During the series preview at the beginning of the episode, a scene of a high-calibre rifle and presenter Richard Hammond being shot at inside a car are shown. This scene is not present in any of the episodes, and is in fact a cut segement featuring Hammond's attempts at turning a Fiat Panda into an armoured car.
