Top Gear Magazine #24 was the issue of the magazine cover-dated September 1995. Published by BBC Worldwide, it contained 258 pages and was edited by the magazine's first editor, Kevin Blick.

Top Gear Magazine's 24th issue, titled A - Z of Fun, featured a plain black background which contrasted heavily against its metallic gold half-cover, and pictures of various vehicles deemed fun, such as several types of motorcycles and a screenshot of the 1995 video game Sega Rally.
