Tommykaira ZZ is a small roadster built by Japanese tuner company Tommykaira from 1990 to 2000 and 2014 to 2021. The ZZ is the only production cars were ever produced whilst focusing for tuning cars including Mercedes and being rebranded. The ZZ also briefly build in UK by Leading Edge but it was dissolved and sold to Breckland Technologies.
First-gen ZZ design as a detachable targa top roof for easy both driver and passenger in and out of the car. Engine is sourced from the Nissan's SR20 motor and the standard 5-speed gearbox, in mid to late model the engine got uprated to 185-bhp, The ZZ-S features the power rated to 200-bhp as intended for sporty version no changes are made. The first-gen ZZ produced until 2000.
In 2014, the ZZ returned to production under the Green Lord Motors, the ZZ becomes an EV but also expense price. Second-gen ZZ comes the EV powertrain rated with 305-bhp while retain its roadster design. The ZZ permanently ended production in 2021.
