Toyota Yaris Verso is a mini-MPV variant of the first-gen Toyota Yaris produced from 1999 to 2005. The word "verso" means versatility. The Yaris Verso shared the NBC platform but had lengthen, also. Engines offered two displacement for the petrol with 1.3 to 1.5-litre under the NZ-series, and then one for the turbo-diesel. In the Japanese home market has an optional of the 4WD system but under as the FunCargo.

  • In Series 1, Episode 3, (unlike from Clarkson's Car Years) Jeremy roadtested the newly facelift Yaris Verso, citing that the lack space. Surprisingly, he praised for it's practically from there had an initially difficult to fold down the back seats. Until, he was able to figure to fold down properly. In the studio, he compares to the Mini Cooper citing that something lacking over the Yaris Verso.
