Some strange news
So, yesterday, Clarkson threw me for a loop in an interview with EW, saying that The Grand Tour's season two special hadn't been filmed yet. This was a bit of a surprise, since I, and I think everyone else, had assumed that The Grand Tour's little outing in Mozambique would've surely been the special. But no. Apparently it's in Colombia and it hasn't been filmed yet. It was meant to have been filmed back in September/October, but Clarkson famously came down with pneumonia in Mallorca. So, instead, it's going to be filmed in January. This will mean, apparently, that it'll air on Amazon Prime sometime in the middle of next year inbetween seasons. Count me very, very, very, very surprised.
Because of this news, I'm not too sure how to categor…
The Grand Tour is back!
Following the tradition established in the last series, Amazon dropped today's season premiere about an hour before midnight, so we all got to watch it a little earlier than expected. The episode itself, which I personally found a little underwhelming, gave us our first Celebrity Face Off segment, a look at the new permanent tent studio, and, of course, Hammond's well-publicised crash.
With one in the can, we apparently have another ten weeks to look forward to. I'm assuming from this, since in other interviews they've stated that there'll be twelve episodes this season, that we'll get the Mozambique Special at the end of the season in two parts, as has been the trend for Top Gear's Africa, Burma, and Patagonia Specials and last year's Na…

Another Day, Another Accident
So Hammond's been at it again. This time, he's crashed an electric supercar in Switzerland. I'm starting to think the man is either the world's worst 'professional' driver or the world's unluckiest 'professional' driver. You may recall earlier this year he was also knocked unconscious while riding a motorbike in Mozambique. As it is, Hammond is lucky to be alive following his famous Vampire Dragster crash. The man simply cannot catch a break. Luckily, this time around, Hammond remaind conscious, but Amazon has said that he's fractured his knee. No word yet on how this will effect filming of season 2 of The Grand Tour, though I suspect it will mean they'll push back the premiere date from October.
On behalf of everyone here at the T…
How we'll cover The Grand Tour on this wiki
Yo yo yo,
We're nearly there - only three weeks to go until the premiere of the long-awaited The Grand Tour. I know many of you, myself included, cannot wait to see the three amigos back doing what they do best. The show is shaping to be an absolute cracker! We get a new special - set in Namibia apparently - we get a slew of new films in exotic locations - think Italy, France, Jordan, Morocco, Barbados, and Portugal - and we get the return of Clarkson, Hammond, and May's classic banter.
Not to dampen the mood, but I've come to the realisation, as of late, that dealing with this show will be more challenging than dealing with Top Gear. As the name implies, this is, unfortunately, still the Top Gear wiki. As such, the majority of pages and con…
