Trivia[]
- Ironically this special follows on from the Botswana Special where Clarkson mentioned they weren't allowed to travel as the BBC was banned. Also Clarkson drives a Lancia in this special following on from the Botswana Special.
- Once again a Back Up Car was present, this time the Rover SD1.
- This will be the last special of the Grand Tour as well as its finale and the last full fledged production by Clarkson, Hammond and May.
- Due to the indefinite hiatus of Top Gear this could be the last production out of either show for the foreseeable future.
